DAO THAI Terms of Service
Terms of Service｜Service Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before using the DAO THAI platform. By registering or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

Platform Definition & User Eligibility
1. Platform Definition
DAO THAI (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "DAO Thai") is a decentralized cross-border e-commerce and digital trading platform operated by ROTHSCHILD CLAN (THAILAND) CO., LTD, providing the following services:
E-Commerce Services
Online purchase of premium Thai products, cross-border logistics, and after-sales support.
NFT Membership System
Blockchain-based membership issuance, benefit distribution, and governance voting.
RWA Asset Tokenization
Real-world asset tokenization services and the holding and transfer of related digital assets.
DAO Community Governance
Decentralized proposals, voting, and platform revenue distribution mechanisms.
2. User Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to register and use this platform.
Identity Verification
When participating in NFT membership purchases or RWA asset investments, users must complete the KYC identity verification process required by the platform.
Compliance Jurisdiction
Users must confirm that their jurisdiction permits participation in digital asset transactions and cross-border e-commerce activities.
Account Responsibility
Each user may only register one account. Account information must be truthful and accurate, and users bear full responsibility for all activities under their account.

User Conduct & Intellectual Property
3. User Conduct Guidelines
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using this platform:
🚫 Illegal Activities
Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, pyramid schemes, illegal fundraising, or any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
🚫 False Information
Publishing or spreading false product information, fake reviews, or misleading content that harms other users or the platform.
🚫 Technical Attacks
Unauthorized access, attacks, or reverse engineering of the platform's systems, smart contracts, or blockchain infrastructure.
🚫 Account Abuse
Creating fake accounts, order manipulation, gaming the points system, or improperly obtaining platform benefits in any way.
The platform reserves the right to issue warnings, restrict functions, suspend, or permanently ban violating accounts. Serious cases will be pursued through legal channels.
4. Intellectual Property Statement

All content on this platform (including but not limited to brand logos, platform interface, product descriptions, NFT designs, smart contract code, and DAO governance documents) is owned by ROTHSCHILD CLAN (THAILAND) CO., LTD or its authorized parties.
Without written authorization from the platform, users may not:
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any platform content
  • Use the platform's brand name, trademarks, or logos for any commercial activities
  • Decompile or extract the platform's smart contracts or technical code
Content posted by users (such as reviews and community posts) must be original. Users grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content.

Ownership of NFT assets is separate from the underlying intellectual property rights. Purchasing an NFT only represents holding the on-chain asset and does not grant copyright to the associated creative work.

Disclaimers, Dispute Resolution & Privacy Protection
⚠️ Investment Risk Disclaimer
NFT memberships, RWA assets, and platform tokens all involve digital asset investment risks. The platform makes no guarantees regarding investment returns. Users should independently assess risks and bear any resulting losses. Digital asset markets are highly volatile, and past performance does not indicate future results.
🔗 Blockchain Irreversibility
On-chain transactions (including NFT transfers, asset tokenization operations, and DAO voting) are irreversible once confirmed. Users must verify all actions before execution. The platform is not liable for losses caused by user errors.
🛡️ Privacy & Data Protection
The platform collects, stores, and processes user data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable international data protection regulations. Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data. See the Privacy Policy for details. On-chain data cannot be deleted due to the nature of blockchain.
⚖️ Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Bangkok, Thailand. Users may also request mediation through platform customer service (0636212809).
Service Interruption Disclaimer
The platform will make every effort to ensure stable service, but is not liable for losses caused by: force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.), blockchain network congestion or failure, third-party service interruptions, or cybersecurity incidents such as hacking.
Right to Modify Terms
The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. After any changes, the platform will notify users at least 15 business days in advance via in-app notifications, email, or announcements. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
